Purpose of Living

Worship is the core purpose of our existence. The words worship and service are used interchangeably in the scriptures and it is the desire of our Heavenly Father. John 4:23 (KJV). But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. John 4:24 (KJV) God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Not only does God desire and demand our worship, He also spells out how the worship must be done. We must worship God in Spirit and in Truth. This implies that we must not allow the flesh interrupt our worship neither should we worship deceitfully. Take a moment and worship God for who He is and all He does. Great is our God and He must be praised greatly. Glory!
